Your first delivery 首次配送如何安排？
付款前选择首次配送日期与时段。
单次花束和首次订阅都在付款前选择配送日期与时段，按洛杉矶当地时间至少提前 48 小时预约。每日可选 10:00–13:00、13:00–17:00；年付仍按月配送，每月一束。
A change of plans 改期或更改地址
配送安排请联系工作室确认。
旅行期间希望调整收花安排，或需要取消后续续费，请通过联系页面与工作室沟通，并保留确认结果。
Not home? 收花时不在家怎么办？
Please share apartment access and recipient availability with the studio. We will agree on a suitable handoff or safe place before delivery.
请提前告知门禁、公寓信息与收件人可接收的时间；交接方式或安全放置位置由双方确认，避免鲜花长时间曝晒。
Need flowers sooner? 急单与特殊时间
Contact us before ordering if you need same-day flowers or a specific hour. Availability depends on flowers and the delivery route.

When the flowers arrive 收到鲜花之后
Unwrap gently, trim the stems and place in a clean vase with fresh water. Keep away from direct sunlight and heat.
轻轻拆开包装，修剪花脚，插入装有清水的干净花瓶；避开阳光直射与热源。如收花时发现问题，请及时附照片联系我们。
