Booking requests

Submitting the form creates a booking request, not a final appointment. A booking becomes confirmed only after Y.D FLORAL verifies availability, location, design details and any additional charges in writing.

Prices and changes

The checklist shows the selected package and add-on subtotal. Applicable tax, delivery-zone fees, rush fees and approved custom work may be added before confirmation. Material changes require customer approval.

Payments

Online payment is processed by Stripe. A successful charge does not override availability review. If Y.D FLORAL cannot accept a paid request, the applicable payment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate contact, date, address and vehicle information, obtain permission to use the setup location and vehicle, disclose relevant access restrictions and be available at the agreed time.

Cancellations, rescheduling and substitutions

Flowers are perishable and sourced for each event. The final cancellation, rescheduling, refund and reasonable floral-substitution rules will be stated in the written confirmation provided before the booking is finalized.
