All bouquets are hand-arranged fresh on the morning of delivery. Our florists source flowers from the LA Flower Market and local California farms to ensure maximum freshness. Each arrangement is carefully packaged with hydration packs to keep flowers vibrant during transit.

Zone A (Core LA): Wednesday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Zone B (Greater LA): Wednesday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Zone C (Extended): Thursday only, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Premium and Luxe subscribers can select a 2-hour delivery window for more precise timing.

During summer months (June-September), we use insulated packaging with cooling packs to protect your flowers from LA's heat. We also shift delivery windows earlier in the day to avoid peak temperatures. All bouquets include care instructions specific to warm weather.

Yes! You can change your delivery day through your account dashboard. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled delivery. You can also skip deliveries up to 2 times per 6-month period at no charge.

No worries! We'll leave your bouquet in a safe, shaded spot and send you a photo confirmation. If you have specific delivery instructions (gate code, building access, etc.), you can add them to your account notes. For apartments, we recommend leaving delivery instructions for the best experience.
